About Kaity
Kaity started her career in the cosmetology field back in 2015 with a passion for serving people. She decided to pursue her passion by working in the beauty industry where she discovered her most natural talent. She cares about people and likes to help them feel and look their best. Kaity is a good listener, friendly, hardworking, passionate and dedicated person. She is committed to exceeding each guests’ expectations while setting real expectations and goals for their hair. She loves to continuously learn, grow, and keep up with the latest trends. Kaity specializes in hair colors, balayage, highlights/lowlights, vivid colors, haircuts, and keratin smoothing treatments.
Kaity's Experience
Kaity started working back in 2012, at the young age of 16 years old, in the restaurant industry working as a hostess, and later a server. Working consistently at various restaurants/dining experiences for a total of 6 years. This helped Kaity pick up on some key qualities that have helped her immensely going into the beauty industry, including customer experience, time management, communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.
In 2015, at 18 years old she started her career in the beauty industry as an Advanced Cosmetologists. Starting school at Tiffin Academy of Hair Design in Tiffin Ohio, and accomplished graduating in 2017.
She then started as an apprentice in a well-known local hair salon in her hometown, Findlay Ohio; Creative Hair Design. This was an amazing job starting out as a young Hair Stylist. Allowing her to get her name out into the town/world while also learning more from the all the other hairstylists with amazing experience. Going from apprentice to her own hair stylist position after her first year, Kaity was finally taking off and feeling more comfortable and confident in her craft and art taking on her own clients and extending her experience for 2 more years.
That was when she took on the big decision to make the move down to Cincinnati Ohio for a bigger city change in 2019. Since then, Kaity has been working on perfecting her art and getting her name out into a brand new, much bigger, city of Cincinnati.
Starting and still continuing her work under the salon of Dream Salon, now located in Factory 52 of Norwood in Cincinnati. With 6 years being in Cincinnati, she continues to learn and grow her art and business in the Beauty Industry.
